Lightfury Games Private Limited ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a game development studio incorporated in India, located at HITEC City, Madhapur, Tower 4, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India. 2. What Data We Collect

Because we are a small game studio at the development stage, the data we process is focused and limited. We collect:

  • Account and player data: when you create a player account for closed beta access, we collect your email address and a password hash. We do not collect payment information directly; game purchases go through storefronts (Steam, Epic Games) that operate their own privacy notices.
  • Wishlist and newsletter sign-up: if you sign up to follow Lumenfall on Steam or subscribe to our development newsletter, we store your email address to send development updates and release notifications.
  • Contact and press inquiries: name, email address, and the message content you submit through the contact form on this site.
  • Automatically collected technical data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and session duration, collected through server logs and our analytics tool for the purpose of understanding site traffic and improving the development blog.

We do not collect biometric data, health data, government identification, or any special category of personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

5. Retention and Security

Player account data is retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period after account deletion to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact inquiry data is retained for the period necessary to respond and for follow-up, typically no longer than two years.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for an early-stage studio: encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls limited to team members who need the data.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw a consent you have given.
